Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited (TTML) submitted its BRSR for FY25 as part of its 30th Annual Report, in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations. TTML is a B2B and B2C wired telecom and digital solutions provider, with 94.6% of turnover from wired telecommunications, 547 employees, and 7 offices across India. FY25 turnover stood at ₹1,308.04 crores, though net worth remained deeply negative at ₹(19,570.29) crores. Key sustainability progress includes a 25% reduction in municipal water demand (33 lakh litres saved), 20 lakh litres of rainwater harvesting capacity created, ISO 45001:2018 certification achieved, gender diversity improving from 12% to 15%, and 53% of network material recycled or reused (up from 41% in FY24). A ₹50,000 TRAI penalty was paid for a Quality of Service parameter lapse in Maharashtra Circle. No fatalities or lost-time injuries were recorded among employees during the year.
The BRSR is a routine compliance disclosure and unlikely to move the stock. However, shareholders should note the deeply negative net worth, persistent accumulated losses, and a one-notch rise in employee turnover (18.4% vs 17.6%). Positive sustainability progress on water, safety certification, and gender diversity supports ESG narrative but does not change the company's financial trajectory.
