Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited has appointed Mr Mridul Chandra as a Senior Management Personnel of the company, effective June 2, 2025. He joins as Chief Human Resource Officer of the holding company Tata Teleservices Limited (TTSL). The appointment was approved by the Board based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation from its April 23, 2025 meeting. Mr Chandra brings over 25 years of HR leadership experience, most recently as Vice President – HR at Tata Communications Ltd., where he handled global talent strategy and employee experience. He holds a postgraduate degree in HRM from XISS, Ranchi, has no relationship with directors, and holds no shares in the company.
