PMC Fincorp's Board, on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of Mr. Puneet Arora (DIN: 03056312) as an Additional Director designated as Executive Director, effective February 17, 2026. He will serve a 5-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Arora is a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years of experience spanning financial markets, audit and assurance, equity markets, proprietary trading, AIF structures, and debt syndication. He is not debarred from capital markets by SEBI and has no disclosed relationship with existing directors.
