PMC Fincorp Limited, an NBFC registered with the RBI, reported its audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, which were approved at a Board Meeting on May 29, 2025. Total revenue from operations grew to Rs. 2,152.96 lakhs in FY25 from Rs. 1,568.20 lakhs in FY24, an increase of about 37%, driven mainly by interest income (Rs. 1,388.04 lakhs vs Rs. 953.15 lakhs). Net profit after tax rose to Rs. 1,434.98 lakhs from Rs. 1,134.69 lakhs, up roughly 26.5% year-on-year, though Q4 standalone profit dropped sharply to Rs. 84.67 lakhs versus Rs. 384.76 lakhs in Q4 FY24. The statutory auditor M/s Pankaj Gupta & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion, and the Board recommended a modest 1% dividend (Rs. 0.01 per share on a Rs. 1 face value) for FY24-25. The Board also re-appointed key directors for 5-year terms and appointed a new secretarial auditor.
Strong full-year revenue and profit growth, plus a clean audit opinion, are positives for shareholders, although the Q4 profit collapse, falling net profit margin (72% to 66%), and a sharp swing to negative operating cash flow (Rs. -2,797 lakhs vs Rs. +1,003 lakhs last year) raise near-term concerns. The 1% dividend is token-level and unlikely to be a price catalyst on its own.
