PNB Housing Finance reported strong Q4 FY26 results with retail loan book growing 16% Y-o-Y to INR 86,946 crores. Disbursements surged 36% Y-o-Y to INR 9,355 crores in Q4. The company achieved a major milestone with GNPA falling below 1% to 0.93%. PAT grew 18% Y-o-Y to INR 2,291 crores with ROA of 2.66% and ROE of 12.73%. The Board recommended a dividend of INR 8 per share. Management guided for FY27 loan book growth of 18-20% targeting INR 1 lakh crores, NIM of 3.55-3.65%, and ROA of 2.4-2.5%. Affordable and Emerging segments now comprise 40% of the retail book, with management targeting 50% mix in 2 years. The company restarted corporate lending with INR 335 crores disbursed in Q4. Credit cost remained negative at 45 bps due to INR 332 crores recoveries from written-off pool.
