PNC Infratech announced its Q4 and FY26 financial results. Standalone revenue declined to Rs.1458 crore in Q4 and Rs.4633 crore for FY26, compared to Rs.5513 crore in FY25. Consolidated revenue fell to Rs.5368 crore from Rs.6769 crore in the prior year. EBITDA declined significantly to Rs.583 crore standalone and Rs.1137 crore consolidated. However, consolidated PAT improved to Rs.832 crore from Rs.815 crore, helped by Rs.337 crore net gain from monetization of 12 HAM assets in FY26. The FY25 figures included one-time items like Rs.56 crore bonus from MSRDC and Rs.379-516 crore arbitration award from NHAI, which inflated prior year numbers.
The underlying business shows revenue and margin pressure year-on-year due to absence of one-time items; however, the HAM asset monetization program is generating gains that supported PAT growth on consolidated basis.
