PNC Infratech's subsidiary, Prayagraj Kaushambi Highway Package 3 Private Limited, has received a Provisional Completion Certificate (PCOD) for a 4-lane highway project (NH-731A, Package-III) in Uttar Pradesh, including a Ganga Bridge. The project had a bid cost of Rs. 819.0 crore under Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM). The contract was awarded by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRT&H) through Uttar Pradesh Public Works Department (UPPWD). Scheduled completion was 31 January 2026, but the project achieved provisional completion on 31 March 2026, utilizing a 90-day grace period permitted under the concession agreement.
The completion of this Rs. 819 crore project marks successful delivery by the subsidiary and should support future revenue recognition under the HAM model. The 2-month delay beyond the original schedule (within grace period) is not unusual for infrastructure projects of this scale.
