PNC Infratech reported Q4 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs. 1,458 Cr with EBITDA of Rs. 175 Cr (12.0% margin) and PAT of Rs. 100 Cr (6.9% margin). For FY26, revenue declined 16% to Rs. 4,633 Cr from Rs. 5,513 Cr in FY25, while EBITDA fell to Rs. 583 Cr from Rs. 1,049 Cr, with margins compressing significantly to 12.6% from 19.0%. FY25 included one-time items - Rs. 56 Cr MSRDC bonus and Rs. 379 Cr arbitration award - that inflated prior year profits. The company has an orderbook of over Rs. 18,000 Cr, which is 3.9 times FY26 revenue, providing good revenue visibility. Consolidated debt was reduced substantially from Rs. 9,100 Cr to Rs. 5,151 Cr, primarily through the Rs. 9,006 Cr divestment of 12 road assets to KKR's Highways Infrastructure Trust. The company also won new projects worth Rs. 3,957 Cr post March 2026 and diversified into solar energy (300 MW project worth ~Rs. 2,000 Cr) and coal mining (Rs. 2,957 Cr).
The significant margin compression from 19% to 12.6% raises concerns about profitability, though the large orderbook and asset divestment reducing debt provide financial flexibility.
