PNC Infratech has received Rs. 234.99 crores (gross) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) following the execution of a one-time settlement agreement under the Government of India's 'Vivad Se Vishwas III (Contractual Disputes)' Scheme. The net amount received after TDS deduction was approximately Rs. 212.81 crores on 22 May 2026. The settlement relates to an arbitration award in favour of the Company for the Agra Bypass EPC Project dispute. This was a contractual dispute, not a new project order.
This is a one-time cash inflow that will boost the company's cash reserves and is positive for liquidity, but it does not represent new business or recurring revenue. It resolves a long-standing arbitration dispute and eliminates future legal uncertainty around this claim.
