POCL Enterprises has secured a London Metal Exchange (LME) Brand Listing Certificate dated September 19, 2025, for its 'POEL LEAD' brand of refined lead produced at the Alloying and Refining Division in Maraimalai Nagar, Tamil Nadu. The LME listing makes the brand deliverable into any LME warehouse worldwide, adding to its existing MCX empanelment since January 2024. The company has already secured a contract for 15,000 MT of refined lead ingots from international buyers on the back of this recognition. POCL notes it is now among the very few Indian secondary lead smelters to achieve LME registration, which enhances its global credibility and opens up substantial new export opportunities.
