Poddar Pigments Ltd has postponed its Board Meeting from 14th May 2026 to 15th May 2026 due to unavoidable circumstances. The meeting will consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for Q4 and FY ended 31st March 2026, along with the Statement of Assets & Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement. The Board will also consider recommending a dividend for FY 2025-26.
