Promoter Udit Pritam Sanghai transferred 2,09,51,250 equity shares (6.24% of paid-up share capital) to Ms. Manjuladevi Sanghai, another promoter, through an off-market gift transaction on June 19, 2025. Post-transfer, Udit Sanghai's holding in the company has come down to zero. The transaction is an inter-se transfer among promoters and is exempt under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of the Takeover Regulations.
