Polycon International's board approved unaudited results for Q3 FY26 and nine months ended December 2025. Revenue from operations fell to Rs 444.19 lakhs in Q3, down from Rs 543.29 lakhs a year ago, a drop of about 18%. For nine months, revenue declined 24% to Rs 1,305.58 lakhs from Rs 1,717.74 lakhs. The company reported a loss before tax of Rs 74.96 lakhs in Q3 and Rs 207.71 lakhs for nine months, compared to a profit of Rs 87.81 lakhs and Rs 52.91 lakhs respectively in the prior year periods (which included an exceptional gain of Rs 231.64 lakhs from sale of land and building). Loss after tax stood at Rs 68.54 lakhs for Q3 and Rs 195.58 lakhs for nine months, with EPS of negative Rs 4.00 for nine months. Finance costs remain high at Rs 162.97 lakhs for nine months. Statutory auditors SR Goyal & Co issued a clean limited review report.
Continued revenue decline and persistent losses, coupled with high finance costs, signal operational stress for shareholders. The previous year's profit was largely supported by a one-time land sale, without which the underlying business remains loss-making.
