Polycon International's board approved unaudited results for Q3 FY26 and 9M FY26 on 14 February 2026, with a limited review report from statutory auditors SR Goyal & Co. (clean, unqualified review). Revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs 444.19 lakhs in Q3 from Rs 543.29 lakhs in Q3 last year, while 9M revenue declined about 24% to Rs 1,305.58 lakhs versus Rs 1,717.74 lakhs a year ago. The company swung to a loss of Rs 68.54 lakhs in Q3 (vs profit of Rs 80.26 lakhs) and a loss of Rs 195.58 lakhs for 9M (vs profit of Rs 47.24 lakhs), with EPS of Rs -4.00 for 9M. Total expenses continue to exceed revenue, and unlike the prior 9M period which had Rs 231.64 lakhs of exceptional income from sale of land & building, the current period has zero exceptional items.
Negative for shareholders — both top line and bottom line have deteriorated, the company is loss-making at operating level, and last year's exceptional gain is not recurring. Expect pressure on the stock given widening losses and shrinking revenue.
