The board approved unaudited financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended September 30, 2025) with an unmodified (clean) limited review report from statutory auditor K.N. Gutgutia & Co. — no auditor change. Q2 revenue from operations rose about 6% YoY to ₹2,160.78 lakhs, but H1 revenue dipped roughly 5.6% YoY to ₹4,196.40 lakhs. Profitability was weak: Q2 net profit was almost flat at ₹18.33 lakhs (vs ₹18.68 lakhs), while H1 net profit collapsed to ₹37.01 lakhs from ₹128.58 lakhs — a ~71% drop YoY. EBITDA margin compressed materially in H1 to ~3.2% from ~5.5% a year ago, driven by higher raw material and employee costs. Operating cash flow for H1 turned negative at ₹(17.01) lakhs vs a positive ₹64.09 lakhs last year, even as the company raised short-term borrowings of ₹386.61 lakhs.
Sharp H1 profit fall, shrinking margins, and negative operating cash flow are negative signals for shareholders, though the small Q2 revenue uptick and clean auditor report provide some comfort. The jump in short-term borrowings (current borrowings up to ₹637.84 lakhs from ₹218.68 lakhs) may raise concerns about working-capital stress.
