Polymechplast Machines Ltd has scheduled its 38th Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 25th September 2025 at 11:00 a.m. IST, to be held via Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Monday, 15th September 2025 to Thursday, 25th September 2025 (both days inclusive). The Company has fixed Friday, 12th September 2025 as the Record Date for determining shareholders entitled to receive the final dividend for FY ended 31st March 2025.
