Polyspin Exports Ltd has published its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025 in Business Line (English) and Dinamalar (Tamil), as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. Standalone Q3 revenue came in at Rs. 5,473.12 lakhs, down from Rs. 5,964.68 lakhs in the previous quarter, while net profit after tax from continuing operations fell sharply to Rs. 60.60 lakhs (from Rs. 164.94 lakhs in Q2 FY26). On a nine-month basis, standalone revenue grew modestly to Rs. 17,256.73 lakhs (vs Rs. 16,778.18 lakhs a year ago) and net profit after tax rose to Rs. 339.69 lakhs (vs Rs. 334.93 lakhs). On a consolidated basis, 9M FY26 net profit after tax jumped to Rs. 328.49 lakhs from Rs. 224.00 lakhs, with EPS of Rs. 5.07 (vs Rs. 3.29), driven partly by the absence of last year's discontinued operations loss. Reserves also strengthened to Rs. 6,340.32 lakhs (consolidated).
Q3 FY26 shows a clear sequential slowdown in profitability, with both revenue and net profit dropping from the previous quarter, which could weigh on short-term sentiment. However, the strong 9M consolidated profit growth of around 47% YoY and improving reserves suggest the underlying business is healthier on a year-on-year basis, offering some comfort to long-term shareholders.
