Porwal Auto Components reported full-year FY25 revenue of ₹14,044.67 lacs, down about 4% from ₹14,638.51 lacs in FY24. Profit after tax collapsed sharply to just ₹16.09 lacs (from ₹385.44 lacs in FY24), with EPS falling from ₹2.55 to ₹0.11. Profitability was squeezed across the year even though Q4 FY25 showed a strong rebound with revenue of ₹3,922.71 lacs (up ~17.6% YoY) and PAT of ₹220.20 lacs (up ~90% YoY). Net operating cash flow dropped steeply from ₹884.94 lacs to ₹45.31 lacs. The statutory auditor (H.N. Jhavar & Co.) issued an unmodified opinion with no qualifications.
Full-year numbers are very weak with profits nearly wiped out and cash generation sharply lower, which is a negative signal for shareholders despite the Q4 recovery. However, the clean audit opinion and stable debt levels (total borrowings ~₹895 lacs vs equity of ~₹6,293 lacs) suggest the company remains financially stable, and the strong Q4 performance hints at improving momentum going into FY26.
