Postal Ballot Result: Registered Office Shift to Gujarat Approved

Shareholders of Sellwin Traders Ltd approved a special resolution through postal ballot (last date 16 July 2026) to shift the registered office from West Bengal to Gujarat with a corresponding change to the Memorandum of Association. Of about 5.4 crore votes polled, roughly 23 percent of total shares, 99.99 percent voted in favour and 0.01 percent voted against. The scrutinizer confirmed the resolution was passed with the required majority.
