Postponement of Board Meeting

Union Quality Plastics Ltd has postponed its board meeting that was originally scheduled earlier, now rescheduled to 14th August 2025 at 4:30 P.M. The reason for the postponement is the sudden demise of the mother of the company's Auditor, due to which the company could not receive the Financials and Limited Review Report in time. The Board unanimously resolved to defer the meeting to ensure all required documents are available for deliberation.
