Power Grid Corporation of India Limited has informed the stock exchanges about a change in senior management. Shri Dharambir Kumar, currently Chief General Manager, has been promoted to Executive Director (ED), placing him one level below the Board of Directors, effective 1st July 2026. He is an Electrical Engineering graduate with over 30 years of experience in substation operations, maintenance, and transmission project execution, and will continue to head the National Project Monitoring Control Center (NPMCC) department. His term will be as per POWERGRID service rules.
