Power Mech Projects reported Q4 FY26 revenue of INR 2,111 crore (+14% YoY) and EBITDA of INR 237 crore (+2% YoY). Full year FY26 revenue stood at INR 6,062 crore (+16% YoY) with EBITDA of INR 750 crore (+16% YoY) and PAT of INR 412 crore (+18% YoY). However, Q4 EBITDA margins declined to 11.17% from 12.43% in Q4 FY25 due to increased operating expenses and reduced other income. The company has a massive order backlog of INR 55,151 crore (including MDO) providing 2+ years of execution visibility. Order inflows for FY26 were INR 7,210 crore, though a INR 1,563 crore BESS order was unexpectedly cancelled by WBSEDCL. The company entered high-value BOP EPC projects with the Singareni thermal power contract from BHEL and expanded into metro O&M services.
Q4 margin compression raises near-term concerns, but the massive INR 55,151 crore order book and management's guidance for margin improvement through MDO scaling provides medium-term visibility. The stock may see mixed reaction given the margin dip versus strong order book depth.
