Power Mech appoints Vasundhara Sinha as Independent Director

Power Mech Projects has appointed Mrs. Vasundhara Sinha as a Non-Executive Independent Director effective June 20, 2026, for a first term of 2 years, subject to shareholder approval. She is a retired 1988-batch Indian Revenue Service officer who served as Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax and Director General of Income Tax (Investigation) across three states. She also served as Additional Director General of Foreign Trade under the Ministry of Commerce. Her appointment was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board via circular resolution.
