The Rs. 3/unit distribution offers steady income for unitholders and is in line with prior payouts, while the higher NAV (Rs. 92.86 vs Rs. 83.06 YoY) signals asset value appreciation. The strong YoY profit growth and AAA credit rating should support investor confidence in PGInvIT units.
