PGInvIT shared its Q1 FY26 investor presentation covering the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Total income stood at ₹3,250 Mn with operating expenses of just ₹214 Mn, resulting in Net Distributable Cash Flow (NDCF) of ₹2,887 Mn, over 90% of which was upstreamed to unitholders. All five operational transmission assets maintained average availability above 98%, with receivable days at 27. The trust reaffirmed its FY26 distribution guidance of ₹12 per unit and declared ₹3.00 per unit for the quarter. Total debt was ₹10,702 Mn (5.21% of enterprise value) at interest rates of 7.00%-7.33%, with ~77% of repayment scheduled after 10 years.
Strong operational and financial performance with stable distribution guidance is positive for unitholders. The presentation also flags upcoming growth, including a new RTM project at Parli and in-principle board approval to consortium-bid for additional TBCB projects worth ~₹500 Cr with sponsor POWERGRID, signalling potential future acquisitions.
