POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure of material issue

POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust (PGInvIT) has informed exchanges that the Board of Directors of its Investment Manager, POWERGRID Unchahar Transmission Limited, will meet on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. The Board will consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of PGInvIT for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, subject to limited review by statutory auditors. It will also consider declaring the quarterly distribution to unitholders for Q1 FY26. The record date for the distribution, if declared, has been fixed as Friday, August 8, 2025. The trading window for designated persons, which was closed from June 30, 2025, will remain closed until August 7, 2025 and reopen on August 8, 2025.
