POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust (PGInvIT) filed its Q3 FY26 investor presentation reporting stable operational and financial performance. Total income stood at ₹3,249 Mn with operating expenses of just ₹194 Mn, and the Trust upstreamed over 90% of its ₹2,655 Mn SPV-level net distributable cash flow to unitholders. All five TBCB transmission assets achieved availability above targets in Q3 FY26, with portfolio-wide average availability above 98% since commercial operations. Total debt was ₹10,661 Mn at a net borrowing ratio of 5.22%, retaining AAA ratings from CARE, CRISIL and ICRA. The board declared a ₹3.00 per unit distribution, keeping it on track for the ₹12 per unit FY26 guidance, and total cumulative distribution since IPO now stands at ₹55.50 per unit.
The presentation reinforces PGInvIT's profile as a steady-yield InvIT with predictable cash flows and strong sponsor backing. The in-principle approval to bid for ₹500 Cr of new TBCB projects alongside POWERGRID signals future asset growth, which could support distribution growth beyond FY26.
