Powerica Ltd reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 2,594.09 Cr for FY2026, up 3.9% from Rs 2,495.81 Cr in FY2025. Consolidated revenue was higher at Rs 3,011.52 Cr (up 13.5% YoY), reflecting contributions from multiple subsidiaries including renewable energy and overseas operations. Standalone PAT grew 42.3% to Rs 201.63 Cr from Rs 141.68 Cr, while consolidated PAT jumped 64% to Rs 267.27 Cr from Rs 163.18 Cr. The sharp PAT growth was partly inflated by a deferred tax credit of Rs 51.11 Cr versus Rs 14.16 Cr in the prior year. EBITDA margins compressed from ~12.6% to ~12.1% on standalone basis. The company listed on BSE and NSE in April 2026 via an IPO raising Rs 700 Cr. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion. The company also appointed a new internal auditor and approved setting up two new wholly-owned subsidiaries.
The company delivered strong PAT growth on the back of tax benefits and subsidiary contributions, but revenue growth was modest and EBITDA margins compressed slightly, suggesting cost pressures. The freshly listed stock will now trade with publicly available annual financials, and the IPO proceeds (Rs 700 Cr earmarked for debt repayment) may improve leverage going forward.
