Powerica Limited reported its highest-ever annual performance in FY26 with revenue crossing INR 3,000 crore for the first time, at INR 3,011.52 crore (13.5% YoY growth). EBITDA margin stood at 12.8% and PAT margin at 9.2%. The company completed a successful IPO in April 2026, raising INR 1,100 crore, and has already repaid INR 525 crore of borrowings in Q1 FY27. Generator Set business contributed 83.1% of revenues (10.9% YoY growth, 9.1% EBITDA margin), while Wind Power contributed 16.9% (28.6% YoY growth, 31.3% EBITDA margin). Management flagged near-term headwinds from geopolitical uncertainties and supply chain pressures affecting Q1 FY27 onwards, but targets double-digit topline growth for FY27.
The company demonstrated strong execution with record revenues and improved profitability. The IPO proceeds being used to reduce debt should lower finance costs and improve PAT margins going forward. Near-term demand concerns may create volatility, but long-term structural growth drivers remain intact.
