PPAP Automotive Limited has published its audited financial results for the quarter and full year ended 31 March 2025 in Business Standard (English and Hindi). On a consolidated basis, FY25 revenue rose about 6% to ₹55,400.55 lakhs from ₹52,291.77 lakhs in FY24. The company swung back to a net profit of ₹699.71 lakhs for the full year, compared with a loss of ₹1,303.87 lakhs in the previous year. Basic EPS for FY25 stood at ₹4.97 versus ₹(9.31) in FY24. For Q4 FY25 alone, consolidated revenue was ₹14,722.13 lakhs with a net profit of ₹241.73 lakhs. Standalone FY25 net profit was ₹1,409.28 lakhs versus a loss of ₹467.25 lakhs a year earlier. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.50 per share (face value ₹10), subject to shareholder approval. The company also incorporated three wholly-owned subsidiaries during the quarter, though they had no impact on the financials.
A clear return to profitability and a healthy revenue uptick signal improving business momentum for shareholders, while the proposed final dividend offers a modest income boost. The new subsidiary additions may open future growth avenues, though their financial impact is not yet visible.
