Prabha Energy Limited has informed the exchanges about its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Friday, 08th August 2025 at 11:00 a.m. IST, to be held through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company has submitted the Notice of the 16th AGM along with the Annual Report for FY 2024-25, which is being sent electronically to members and uploaded on the company's website. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday, 02nd August 2025 to Friday, 08th August 2025 (both days inclusive).
