Prabha Energy Limited reported turnaround results for FY26 with standalone net profit of Rs 47.32 lakhs compared to a net loss of Rs 156.48 lakhs in FY25. Revenue from operations grew significantly to Rs 447.12 lakhs from Rs 157.75 lakhs in the previous year. Consolidated net profit stood at Rs 61.04 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 139.55 lakhs. The company sold its 70% stake in subsidiary Deep Natural Resources Limited during the year. An unqualified audit opinion was issued by Mahendra N. Shah & Co. On April 7, 2026, the company allotted 96.67 lakh partly paid-up equity shares at Rs 144 per share aggregating Rs 13,920.85 lakhs.
The company has returned to profitability after two consecutive loss-making years, which is a positive development. However, negative operating cash flow in consolidated results (negative Rs 265.77 lakhs) despite positive net profit raises concerns about cash conversion quality.
