Prabhat Technologies has informed BSE that its Board Meeting, originally adjourned to September 5, 2025, has been further rescheduled to Tuesday, September 9, 2025, citing unavoidable reasons. The meeting will inter alia consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1FY26). This is the second postponement within about a week, as earlier intimations were sent on August 08, 14, 21, 28, 30 and September 02, 2025.
