M/s MSKA & Associates has been appointed as Statutory Auditor for a 5-year term (39th AGM to 44th AGM in 2030), replacing P G Bhagwat LLP whose tenure has ended. M/s MSN Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. Dhananjay V.
