Prajay Engineers Syndicate's board approved unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) on both standalone and consolidated basis. Standalone revenue from operations rose sharply to Rs. 714.46 lakhs from Rs. 249.20 lakhs in Q1 FY25, while consolidated revenue jumped to Rs. 1,471.14 lakhs from Rs. 470.98 lakhs. However, the company continued to post losses, with standalone net loss of Rs. 230.27 lakhs (EPS -Rs. 0.33) and consolidated net loss of Rs. 319.88 lakhs (EPS -Rs. 0.46). The Construction & Development segment bore the bulk of the losses. The auditor flagged an Emphasis of Matter on an ongoing arbitration with the Telangana Tourism Department over a lease dispute. The board also appointed Mr. M Shanker, Manager Accounts, as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. Management noted that the realty sector is in a slowdown with slow customer realisations.
Despite strong YoY revenue growth, persistent quarterly losses and a weak realty sector outlook continue to pressure the company. Shareholders should watch the outcome of the Telangana Tourism arbitration, which could materially impact the subsidiary Secunderabad Golf and Leisure Resort, while the settlement with investor entities (Whitestock and Belclare) removes one legal overhang.
