Prakash Steelage's board met on February 13, 2026 and approved unaudited standalone results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, which were also reviewed by statutory auditors Pipara & Co LLP with an unqualified conclusion. Revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at INR 2,445.12 lakhs versus INR 2,550.89 lakhs in Q2 FY26, a sequential dip of around 4%. On a year-to-date basis (9M FY26), revenue was INR 6,504.01 lakhs versus INR 5,526.20 lakhs in 9M FY25, a growth of about 18%. Net profit after tax for the quarter was INR 33.46 lakhs (vs INR 67.58 lakhs in Q3 FY25), and 9M FY26 PAT came in at INR 80.24 lakhs versus INR 103.80 lakhs last year – a decline of roughly 23%.
While topline growth on a 9-month basis is healthy, falling sequential revenue and a sharp YoY drop in profits signal margin pressure and weak operating leverage, which may weigh on near-term sentiment for the stock.
