The company has informed BSE that the trading window for dealing in its securities will remain closed from Wednesday, July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. During this period, promoters, directors, connected persons, designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the companys shares. The closure is as per SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 and the companys insider trading code.
