Pratik Panels Ltd has appointed Mr. Ajay Singh Solanki as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective 4th April 2025. The appointment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors at their meeting held on the same day. Mr. Solanki is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with around 3 years of experience in secretarial work, legal matters, listing compliances, and corporate governance.
