Pratiksha Chemicals has informed BSE that it has published its audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025 in newspapers, as required under Regulation 47 of SEBI LODR. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on 6th May 2025. For the full year FY25, total income from operations fell sharply to Rs. 610.82 lakhs from Rs. 1,034.67 lakhs in FY24, and the company swung to a net loss of Rs. 766.47 lakhs compared to a profit of Rs. 5.30 lakhs in the previous year. On a quarterly basis, the Q4 FY25 net loss narrowed to Rs. 42.23 lakhs from Rs. 196.01 lakhs in Q4 FY24, with basic EPS improving to negative Rs. 0.76 from negative Rs. 3.52. Equity share capital stood steady at Rs. 557.03 lakhs.
This is primarily a routine compliance disclosure with no new business action, but the underlying numbers are negative for shareholders: full-year revenue declined around 41% and the company moved from a small profit to a sizeable loss. The year-on-year improvement in the Q4 loss is a mild offset but unlikely to change the negative near-term sentiment on the stock.
