Praveg Ltd, which is already listed on BSE (Scrip Code: 531637), had applied to NSE for a new listing approval. However, NSE pointed out that a Draft Scheme of Arrangement filed by the company is still pending with BSE, and advised the company to withdraw its NSE listing application for now. The company has formally requested withdrawal, and NSE accepted the withdrawal on August 19, 2025. Praveg plans to complete the Scheme of Arrangement approval process with BSE first, and then file a fresh listing application with NSE.
