Praveg Ltd inaugurated its new Adalaj Theme Park and Heritage Stepwell Museum on December 22, 2025, with the Chief Minister of Gujarat and the Union Tourism Minister attending the ceremony. The project, built and operated by its wholly-owned subsidiary Praveg Adalaj Tourism Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, is a 23,000 sq. metre cultural and event venue featuring a 4,500 sq. metre garden, 2,545 sq. metre ceremony area, and a 1,350 sq. metre amphitheatre. It has been set up under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Ltd (TCGL) on a 30-year lease. The venue is designed to host heritage tourism, cultural performances, weddings, corporate events, and government functions, diversifying Praveg's hospitality and events business.
The inauguration marks the operational launch of a long-duration revenue-generating asset for Praveg, strengthening its presence in the heritage tourism and events segment. Positive for long-term growth visibility, though near-term financial impact depends on footfall and event bookings.
