Praxis Home Retail Limited has appointed Mr. Ravi Venkatraman, its existing Independent Director, as the new Chairperson of the Company effective April 15, 2026. The appointment was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved unanimously by the Board. Mr. Venkatraman is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with over 40 years of experience in the BFSI sector, having retired as Executive Director and CFO of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited in July 2020. He is not related to any existing Directors and is not debarred from holding the office.
