Pre-facto intimation of the upcoming 56th meeting of Committee of creditors to be held on Tuesday, 16.12.2025
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Value Industries Ltd, part of the Videocon group, has informed exchanges about the upcoming 56th meeting of the consolidated Committee of Creditors (CoC) scheduled for December 16, 2025. The company, along with 12 other Videocon group companies, has been under a consolidated Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since the NCLT order dated September 5, 2018. The meeting will be conducted under the IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016. Abhijit Guhathakurta continues to serve as the Resolution Professional for the 13 consolidated Videocon group companies. The fact that the CoC is meeting for the 56th time highlights how prolonged this insolvency process has been.
This is a routine procedural disclosure and does not by itself change anything for shareholders. However, shareholders should note that the stock remains under CIRP since 2018, meaning resolution outcomes (or liquidation) will be the key driver of any future value, with equity holders typically last in the priority list.
