Precision Wires India announced Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited results, with revenue from operations rising about 16% year-on-year to Rs. 110,357.61 lakhs (from Rs. 95,214.92 lakhs in Q1 FY25). Profit after tax grew roughly 22% to Rs. 2,708.63 lakhs, lifting EPS to Rs. 1.52 versus Rs. 1.24 a year earlier. The Board approved an additional Rs. 33 crore project cost (Rs. 28 cr for Zaroli and Rs. 5 cr for Valvada) for copper rod capacity expansion. It also cleared a new Rs. 37 crore expansion and modernization project at Silvassa to be executed in 2026, adding about 4,400 MT per annum of capacity and pushing total installed capacity to roughly 65,400 MT per year. The statutory auditor's limited review report is unqualified.
Healthy double-digit growth in both revenue and profits, combined with a total of about Rs. 70 crore in new capacity investments, signals management confidence in future copper winding wire demand. Positive for shareholders as expanded capacity could support sustained earnings growth, though execution and demand risks remain.
