Precision Wires India has resubmitted its Annual Report for FY 2024-25 after spotting two inadvertent errors in the version originally circulated to shareholders. On Page 51, the remuneration of director Smt. Asha Morley was wrongly printed as ₹1.50 lakhs instead of the correct ₹1.05 lakhs, and a correction was also needed in Note 23 (Other Expenses) on Page 105. Both fixes have now been incorporated in the revised report, which was flagged during the AGM held on 9th August 2025. Underlying FY25 numbers from the report show revenue from operations rising to about ₹4,015 crore (up roughly 21.6% from ₹3,302 crore in FY24), profit after tax at about ₹90 crore (up around 23.6% from ₹72.9 crore), EPS of ₹5.04 versus ₹4.08, and total dividend of ₹1.15 per share for the year. The revision does not change any of the headline financial figures; it only corrects a director remuneration figure and an expense note.
This is a routine correction filing rather than a restatement of financial results, so shareholders should not read it as a negative signal. The errors were minor and confined to a director's remuneration disclosure and an expense note. Business performance disclosed in the report remains strong, with over 20% revenue growth and solid profit expansion.
