Precot Limited informed the exchange about an internal share transfer within the promoter group on June 11, 2025. Promoter Ashwin Chandran transferred (gifted) 1,67,889 equity shares, representing 1.40% of paid-up capital, to fellow promoter Prashanth Chandran through an off-market trade between immediate relatives. As a result, Ashwin Chandran's holding reduced from 19.36% (23,22,801 shares) to 17.96% (21,54,912 shares), while Prashanth Chandran's holding increased from 16.56% (19,87,022 shares) to 17.96% (21,54,911 shares).
