The Board of Directors of Premco Global Ltd approved the appointment of CS Mustafa Yusuf Manasawala as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from May 15, 2025. Mr. Manasawala is a qualified Company Secretary and Commerce graduate currently pursuing his LLB, with over four years of experience in secretarial practice and corporate laws. He previously worked full-time with a top 1500 listed company and also worked independently with a Practicing Company Secretary. The appointment was made on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He has no relation with the Promoters or Directors of the Company.
