Premier Capital Services has informed BSE about e-voting facilities for its 43rd Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 16 September 2026. CDSL will provide the e-voting platform. The voting window runs from 13 September 2026 at 9:00 AM to 15 September 2026 at 5:00 PM. The cut-off date for e-voting entitlement is 9 September 2026. CS Dinesh Kumar Gupta has been appointed as the scrutinizer. Shareholders can cast votes electronically before the meeting under SEBI LODR Regulation 44 and Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013.
