Premier Energies Limited has filed its Q4 FY2026 monitoring agency report by CRISIL Ratings Limited, tracking IPO fund utilization. The company raised Rs 28,304 million through its August 2024 IPO, with net fresh proceeds of Rs 12,388.89 million. As of March 31, 2026, Rs 12,896.78 million (99.9%) of gross proceeds have been utilized. The main object — investment in subsidiary PEGEPL for a 4 GW Solar PV TOPCon Cell and Module manufacturing facility — has been fully deployed at Rs 9,686.03 million. General corporate purpose funds of Rs 2.70 billion have been used largely for subsidiary projects including an aluminium plant and 10 GW ingot project. Only Rs 17.22 million remains unutilized, parked in fixed deposits. The project location was changed from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh with shareholder approval in April 2025. No major deviations or delays were reported.
The IPO funds are nearly fully deployed with the solar manufacturing facility progressing as planned. The location change and use of general corporate funds for subsidiary expansion show the company is actively scaling its solar value chain operations.
