Prestige Estates Projects Limited has published its audited financial results for Q4 FY25 and the full year ended March 31, 2025 in Business Standard and Samyuktha Karnataka, as required under SEBI listing rules. On a consolidated basis, full-year income from operations fell to Rs 77,355 million from Rs 94,253 million a year earlier, while net profit after tax dropped sharply to Rs 6,169 million from Rs 16,287 million, a fall of about 62 percent. Consolidated EPS for the year came in at Rs 11.19 versus Rs 34.28 previously. Standalone numbers were weaker too, with FY25 net profit after tax at Rs 1,865 million versus Rs 2,458 million, though standalone revenue rose to Rs 32,890 million from Rs 29,059 million. Q4 FY25 alone showed a steep consolidated profit decline to Rs 431 million from Rs 2,359 million in the year-ago quarter. Results were approved by the Board on May 29, 2025.
Shareholders should note a sizeable year-on-year drop in consolidated profits and earnings per share, which is likely to be viewed negatively by the market. The standalone business held up better on revenue, but the sharp Q4 weakness on the consolidated side may weigh on near-term sentiment.
